The value of getting out into nature in terms of wellbeing and positive mental and physical health has never been more needed – people are yearning to get away from their screens, spending time outside to make sense with what’s going on inside.
Here at Acorn, we are delighted to extend our coaching menu, creating exciting and innovative opportunities to connect with nature and, in doing so, connect with ourselves.
Benefits
Research has shown that staying close to nature improves physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. It makes us feel alive from the inside. With the support of experienced coach and mindfulness teacher Raymy Boyle, you will revitalise your life through any combination of the following options in negotiated locations, utilising the comfort and style of our customised vehicle.
Offerings
- Coaching Sessions, focusing on whatever topics you bring
- Couples Coaching Session– great for couples looking to reconnect and re-commit
- Team coaching session (maximum 4 people) half or full day options available – great for organisations/business partners who want some time and space to refocus on purpose and vision
- Group Coaching sessions (maximum 4 people) for individuals to gain the benefit of group coaching support.
- Vision Sessions – using the serenity of nature to help create a vision picture to inspire and motivate
- Journey Sessions – guided mindfulness reflection sessions, using nature as the backdrop.
Sessions
Sessions will be run over a half-day (morning or afternoon). Part (10 am – 3 pm) and full-day sessions can also be negotiated. Sessions can include a range of activities such as walking/hill trek/open water swim and other outdoor activities to be negotiated (all undertaken at client's own risk). Destinations will be agreed with participants, dependent on time available. Pick up/drop off points will also be arranged.
