At Acorn Principle Plus, we have trained more than 1000 coaches over 20+ years, most of whom have stayed in touch to continue with us, beyond initial training on the road to coaching mastery.

We have been listening to what coaches say they need to help grow their skills, confidence and expertise and we have become aware of how things are changing and how gaps are appearing in current levels of support for coaches.

Now it is time for us to begin a new chapter and we have designed a programme of activities to support you at every point on that acorn to oak journey.

The courses and services below offer some touch points along the way.

Imagine those milestones in the road to coaching mastery.

The journey begins with gaining your professional certification. When training comes to an end, your journey is just getting started.

New coaches look for support and connection from other coaches. A safe place to speak the coaching language and practice coaching skills is included, along with  learning inputs, co-coaching and supported reflective practice in our FREE Acorn to Oaks Gatherings each quarter.

Further continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities are offered regularly and you can gain Association for Coaching (AC) Certification to use towards further accreditation later on in the journey. We also run workshops to support more experienced coaches prepare for and pass their Coach and Executive Coach Accreditation with the AC - those CPD certificates are invlauable then.

You may be at the point of looking for deeper support to grow as a coach - Coach Supervision is offered individually and in groups. Again, if you have been coaching for a while (over 2 years) then you may decide that the time is right to enhance your coaching practice with our Principle Led Coach Supervision training. Participants come to this course to expand their own knowledge and skills and to prepare to support others by qualifying as a Coach Supervisor.
